Group classes include a portion of class dedicated to knowledge acquisition (learning technique) as well as knowledge application (sparring or “rolling” with a training partner).

1-1 or private sessions allow the individual an opportunity to diagnose and improve aspects of their personal training in a one-on-one setting with a dedicated coach.

Open Mat Saturdays

Join us Saturday mornings at Haven for free open mat sessions between 10:00am to 11:00am for Cubs & Kids (ages 4 through 12) and 11:00am to 1:00pm for adults (ages 13+). Open mat sessions generally include knowledge and application of useful Brazilian jiu-jitsu (BJJ) techniques.
